 I'm passionate about healthy food and having grown up surrounded by home-grown vegetables, fermented products, macrobiotic dishes, and the aroma of freshly baked bread.

 

This passion led me to establish mie goffin Future Food Station, where I combine my expertise as a foodie, food stylist, and food designer. With a background in herbalism, food design, and food lab, I'm prepared to embrace the future.

I believe there is still much to learn from nature and its flavors. My goal is to reintroduce the purity and richness of our planet's offerings to those who appreciate valuable and delicious food.
