How does an event come about?
Every food event starts with a substantive exploration. We listen, ask questions and immerse ourselves in the goal, the setting and the story you want to tell. From that input we develop a concept in which taste experience takes centre stage. The concept is then translated into a concrete experience, with a carefully composed menu and sensory, visual elements that together form one whole. During this process there is room for dialogue, adjustment and experimentation. Finally, we take care of the execution down to the last detail, so that every detail contributes to the overall experience.
